You can cancel the booking at any time, but costs may apply. Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the trip is free of charge for you. If you cancel 2 months before the start of the trip, we will keep a 10% deposit. How so? We can normally re-rent the yacht within 2 months, but usually have to advertise on other booking platforms, which involves other expenses. If you cancel 1 month before the start of the trip, we only pay back the booking amount if we manage to rent the yacht again, if not, we keep the entire amount paid. Regarding the last point, it should be said that we always find an individual goodwill solution in the event of unforeseeable events (e.g. death in the family or serious illness) – but please don’t be angry if we need proof of the incident (e.g. death certificate) in such a case.

Basically not a lot and depending on the package. The sports package includes more underwear and camisoles, although we do many sports activities in swimming trunks or bikinis. One or two nice evening dresses with the Love Story package. In general, however, less is more! During the summer you don’t need much, a shirt and shorts are usually enough. And a lot of good humor, then the sailing trip becomes an unforgettable experience.

No, food and drink are not included. But you don’t have to take any food with you from home, there are cheap department stores (Lidl, Plodine etc.) directly at the port where you can buy groceries for the week. There is enough space on the yacht for groceries, and there are also inexpensive shops on most of the islands. If you prefer to eat out, then our skipper knows cheap and delicious insider tips where mostly locals go to eat! So your well-being is taken care of, you don’t have to bring any groceries from home! The skipper is included in the price, his food is not. He usually eats with you on the boat and is happy to help you cook! If you invite him to a meal at the end of the trip, he will certainly not mind 😉

The port of departure is Pula or Medulin, depending on the booking situation and availability. You will be informed of the exact location on the day of the definitive booking (transfer of the entire travel costs). Our skipper will be waiting for you at the port, will help you with loading and/or shopping and then it’s time to cast off and set off on an adventure. You have to organize your own arrival by car and/or plane, but we can organize a pick-up service from the airport if you tell us the flight number and destination in advance.

Yes, the boat is insured, you don’t need to worry about this. Our skipper also knows doctors in the area and medical help could be organized in an emergency. However, this is associated with costs, if you have travel insurance for this (ÖAMTC) then clarify in advance whether visits to the doctor are covered. As a rule, however, no doctor’s visits are necessary and if they are, then you can usually get away with it quite cheaply, expensive travel insurance, e.g. for a large group, is usually a lot more expensive.

The charter begins on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and ends on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. This means for check-in: we start at 4 p.m. and check out at 8 a.m. We need the time between for cleaning and preparing the boat. Everyone wants to take over a clean and flawless boat, we can only guarantee that if this time is available without restrictions. For information: It takes about 4 working hours to clean the yacht, plus the necessary service, maintenance and any repairs.

We offer the sailing trip at a fixed price, because at other charter companies many extra expenses are not visible / calculable, so you happen to spend much more then you anticipated. This is included in our charter price
